  Jack
  thony Johnston Installations were introduced to us by Wren. Main complaints are:
  Poor customer service - You will need to be very proactive if you want your kitchen fitted in a timely manner.
  Incomplete work - We have now employed another fitter to finish to work.
  Poor fitting - The new fitter has examined the work and discovered simple mistakes made to the panels in the corners between the units.
  Refusal to refund the deposit we paid for additional works that have not been completed, and in some cases, not started.
  Damage to our property - List of items damaged below:
  - Window pane on our front door. AJI have refused to replace this. Wren have kindly stepped in to make the repairs.
  - Wine carafe - AJI have now offered to replace this
  - Front panel on our dishwasher - AJI are denying that they caused this damage.
  Overall, our experience with Anthony Johnston Installation has been extremely negative and stressful. We would advise avoiding them at all costs.
